How to Use: Apply to pulse points with an Amethyst or Sodalite Roller Ball.
You can also put a few drops on a tissue & inhale, put in an oil burner, or in a car or necklace diffuser to enjoy the fragrance of Roman Chamomile, Sage & Vetiver in the room or while driving.
Please Note: Do not use essential oil internally. Avoid Chamomile & Sage essential oils during pregnancy. Avoid contact with eyes. Stop using if you get a rash.
