Cleansing Crystals With Water
Crystals charging in a bowl of water
Put enough water in a bowl to cover the bottom, put the crystals in the bowl & put enough water in the bowl to cover the crystals, leave for twenty four hours.
Dry all the crystals before putting them away & throw the water away.
Some crystals shouldn’t be put in water because they can break or get damaged.
This includes crystals that are porous, contain metals, water can cause cracking, fading, rusting, or the crystal can dissolve.
Some of the crystals that shouldn’t be cleansed in water are; Azurite, Desert Rose, Fluorite, Halite, Hematite, Lepidolite, Malachite, Marcasite, Pyrite, Satin Spar & Selenite.
Harder crystals can sometimes be affected, depending on how long they’re left in water & the condition of the crystal.
If you’re in any doubt about using water to cleanse your crystals, then I suggest using a different method.
If you use water to cleanse your crystals, make sure the crystals are completely dry before putting them away or using them.
